Every day we relieve more than 100 customers with the right interpretation of their labor issue. In doing so, we strive for long-term partnerships and partnerships. We do this of course together with our group of more than 2500 motivated flex workers.
GOODMORNING was founded in 2001 and part of the Labor Power Company (LPC). We are one of the larger employment agencies in the greenhouse horticulture, food, logistics and technology sectors. GOODMORNING mainly works in the regions of Zeeland, North Brabant, South Holland, North Holland, Utrecht and Gelderland.
Our flexworkers are recruited in one of our seven recruitment and selection offices in Poland, Romania and Spain, where our 22 recruitment colleagues look for the right match at customer level. The flex workers in the Netherlands are managed and supervised by a team of 55 permanent employees such as consultants, flex coordinators and job coaches. Together with the driven team of account managers, it is ensured that the customer is always central. A deal is a deal.
GOODMORNING has its affairs in order and therefore complies with various certifications. This is how we are recognized ABU-lid, registered in the SNA-register and complies with the huisvestingsnorm SNF. We strive for perfection in assisting and guiding our flex workers. This results in optimal stability, which you as a client immediately experience on the shop floor.
